Management and Leadership Thoughts

 I would say that my values are respecting and being honest with people. Also practicing ethical and moral behavior in all areas of life. I believe that if i stick to my values despite what challenges come my way then i am still being true to myself and others. I will also know who has my back by knowing those who have the same values as me and these are also people that i look to for guidance and inspiration. I would say that i am very forgiving and understanding up to a point. I do have a line in the sand and stepping over that line is something that i would find hard to forget.

 I would say that various people have impacted me in my younger years. First, i would say that is it my parents as they taught me to be independent and they also were accepting and supportive of any activities that i did. Especially going to church when they don't attend church at all. They have been to church for important parts of my life including getting baptised. This has taught me to be open and understanding of all people regardless of their backgrounds. I would also say my time in the Boys Brigade shaped me as a person and a leader. I learned how to be independent and also how to work as part of a team while getting instructions from others. The leaders at the time were people that i respected and looked up especially as i moved up the ranks and became a leader myself.
